Answer: Step 1: Download your issued certificate You can download your certificate [or copies of your certificate] from your Status Page. 1.1. Access your Status Page at the following url, http://www.thawte.com/cgi/server/status.exe 1.2. Enter your Order Number and password (if one was set) 1.3. You will be presented with various formats which you can download your certificate in. The format of the specific certificate is pre-selected for you by our system. When accessing your Status page, simply leave the default format selected and click on the 'Fetch Certificate' button. 1.4. Click on the 'Fetch Certificate' button. 1.5 Copy and paste your issued Certificate into a text editor and save it for example as : yourdomain.txt Step 2: Install your issued certificate Click on the Install an SSL Certificate and Setup the Domain link in the SSL/TLS menu. Enter the domain, user name, and IP address for the certificate in the Domain, User, and IP Address fields. Click on the fetch button to paste the .key and .crt files for the domain into the available display spaces, if they are currently on your server. Otherwise, copy and paste the .key and .crt files into the available display areas. Note: If you generated the certificate using WebHost Manager, the certificate files will be available. Replace the existing .crt file with yourdomain.txt file
