I cannot order an email certificate using Windows Vista?

SolutionAt this time....February 2007 Our application processes for email certificates are currently in development to work under Windows Vista. However we have not yet been given an ETA on the release of this. You can apply for the email certificate via a Windows XP/2000 machine, collect the email certificate using the same machine that applied for the certificate and as mentioned above export this with the private key as a .pfx file. Note: Select 'include all certificates in the certification path' when exporting this as a .pfx file Copy this to the Vista machine, run MMC, certificates, computer account, local computer, right click on personal, all task import, select all file types and select the .pfx file you created on the XP machine. You can now open the Internet Explorer 7 window on Vista; go to tools, internet options, content, certificates, personal and you should see the email certificate locate in this store.
