Which browser can I use to signup for a Free Email certificate?

The application for a Free Email certificate required Microsoft ActiveX controls, until July 2007, therefore the sign up could only be done using Internet Explorer. Since July 2007 Opera and Mozillia can be used. NOTE: The Windows Vista operating system is also supported since July 2007
